Simple Free Restaurant Website With Facebook Comment Box

Restaurant Photo galleryI know what you are thinking. I have been promoting WordPress for building restaurant website or any website for a while. However, when it comes to cut cost, there must be other options. I built a free restaurant website example a while back to demonstrate how easy and fast you can get your site up running. Best of all, it’s free. Of course, the time you spend on building the site is NOT free.

You can read the post at – Build Restaurant Website for FREE! Now I am taking that to the next level by adding photo gallery, direction and review page. So I was doing a favor to a local business friend to build a quick website at very low cost to drive instant traffic to the site.

Redbrick Pizza Gilbert is a well established pizza restaurant in the USA. The store in Gilbert and Chandler wants a website in just matter of few days. So I helped them put together a single page restaurant web site at first. Now the site has grown to multiple pages.

Block WordPress Remote Comment Spam Bot

SPAM!

I am so tired of getting spam comments on some of my sites. I’ve also tried many anti-spam plugins.

  • Spam-Free Plugin
  • Comment Math Questions
  • Comment Quiz
  • Comment Captcha
  • Double Opt-in
  • Change default comment page name from wp-comments-post.php to something else.

Guess what? None of them work so far. There are company in India hiring real people to crack the CAPTCHA code for spammers. The SPAM-Free plugin only blocks those from your blacklist or known SPAMMERS. Comment Math isn’t working when it always easy to calculate.

Most WordPress spam comments are submit from automated script running on anonymous servers with random forged IPs. So the spammer never visit your website. That really sucks out of my valuable time to fight spam and delete spam comments.

One of my site just post a new article. Within few hours, I got over 100 spam comments with ZERO visit and page view.

What can I do about it?

Niche Passive Income Project

Passive Income

Well. I have been distracted for days and worked on a NOT SO FASTLANE project and hopefully to create a secondary passive income that will last for a while.

I decide to build a several local niche sites to generate recurring income.

While I was hanging out with my wife on the Cozumel beach and taking photos, I was also making passive income on one of my sites. I did not realize how much I was making until I came back and check my Google AdSense Account. Holy awesome. There are whole bunch clicks on a specific topic that generate $4 to $7 per click. And there are many clicks.

So I dig into a little bid more and realize that there are people paying $7 to generate leads which will generate $60-$300 in return. That is over 500% return.

Play Hard at Caribbean Islands

Caribbean Islands
If working hard isn’t enough, playing hard should fulfill the rest. Just came back from 8 days Carnival cruise trip to West Caribbean. I really had good time with wife. It’s probably the most relax trip we’ve ever done in the past 10 years other than Cancun and Jamaica.

Now it’s time to get my life back to the reality and move forward on my exit plan. If you did not already visit my digital photography blog, you can check it out. There will be more HDR Photos available soon.

Out To The Digital Photography Jungle

Recently, one of my daily reading bloggers (kikolani.com) started her own Photostry.com digital photography blog. She inspires me to start my own too. I have a Flickr photo sharing site for a long long time, but the photos are too personal for everyone.

So I decided to start a new blog that can show case what I have done and share some photos and blogs I found on the Internet. The digital photography blog is called Outography.com. The purpose of the name is to remind me and encourage everyone to get out and take more photos. So it means “I am out to the digital photography jungle”.

Some of you may already seem my digital photos. Some of the photos are also used as my blog’s header images. I don’t usually retouch the photo, but I do crop to certain size or portion. It dramatically change the focus and the vision of the photos.

Make passive income passive

clocks

Just found out this old post I did a long long time ago. Clock is ticking – Are you working hard or working smart! I have one confession to make.

What a loser I am.

Yup! I don’t have to hear that from you. I admit that I haven’t really changed that much other than the fact that I did move forward. I am not moving fast enough.

Here was the goal I set a long time ago and I posted on my Facebook wall.

Duh! Crap! What am I doing here?

If I want to make $1M a year, I have to make $2 every minutes none stop and no sleep. If I work 8 hours a day. That means I have to make 3 times of that per minute. So I have to make $6 a minute at $360 per hour rate with no vacation, no weekend and no sick day for 365 days.

I really don’t want to work. So everything I do must generate passive income.

Passive Income

Passive income. I can’t count how many times I remind myself about creating the passive income.

So here I am.
