I find any action is always better than no action. Keeping up with blogging on a regular basis is something that I struggle with as well. And I know what you mean about finding a writer. With everything that I do building websites, I hardly have time to write. I love your idea for trading your time for their work. I have used that philosophy many times and find that any business relationship that is win-win (even if you are not winning with money) is a worthwhile investment.
