I was able to transfer my AIM Phone Line number to Ooma. AOL never owned the numbers, Level3 owned mine.

I am not sure how Mobivox works in UK, it works very well for me to call anywhere in the world with my home cordless phone or cell phone. The recently changed their free call policy. I used to get 125 free minutes a week as long as the other side is also a member.

Now you will have to add $10 credit to get 60 minutes free minute. It costs $0.019 to call most of the country, so it’s fairly cheap. The quality has been awesome to me.

Let me know if you find a good outgoing and incoming services in UK, I have friends in UK who are interested in a great VOIP deals.

Hi Terence – thank you. In the UK, I don’t think we have the AOL phone service. And the phone provider I switched to a couple of months ago don’t seem to be living up to their promises.

So I was just looking for a way to make international calls more economical so, I’ll be checking out your suggestions.

I pay in Canadian dollars, so I am paying way less than US$.The website is not incomplete for Canada. I think I am getting a fair deal, but thats my opinion.

There is a toll free number provider called Callture, they offer more features than Kall8, the same monthly rate, but a lower per minute rate for anyone looking to compare providers.

Thank you for your information. The XpressCall web site seem to be incompleted. Their calling rate to Asia $0.024 is more expensive than Yahoo Voice’s US$0.019 with no connection fee. Yahoo is outsourcing to trusted company like JaJah, which could the same one used by Skype. Now, Mobivox.com is offering a the same rate as Yahoo Voice with more nicer features. I will stick with Mobivox for International calls for sure.

I use a combination of Skype yearly subscription and xpresscall. Xpress call is way cheaper than Yahoo voice.
