Thank you for stopping by again. Zappos offers 365 days return policy, which is a killer selling points. Not many merchant can handle that though.

Every successful venture, has to have its own USP or unique selling proposition. Zappos’ USP is that it offers free shipping both ways, so that if their shoes dont fit, you can ship them back at no charge!

Very inspirational. Took Zappos long to make money but they stuck to it till the end and became a online shoe retail giant. Great customer experience is critical for any businesses these days.

Thats a good thing he replied to someone he doesn’t even know. I guess what he was saying in his response is be UNIQUE and whilst you are at it make it something good!
