I often sit down and review what I have done in the past week and figure what was slowing down my process to get things done. Without reviewing, nothing will changed. It's amazing how a bit of planning can dramatically reduce the time spent executing goals, especially when you consider time spent fixing errors that a bit of planning would have eliminated all together.
