Success comes in a package, your environment around you, your family, your support system and of course majority is your hard work. If the working environment near you is good and happy and not tense you can work with a free mind. If people around you are accommodation it gives you a positive atmosphere to work into. Even blessings play and important role in making you sucessful. And with all this when you put your own hard work it shows great results. So hard work is a must but when hard wrok is coupled with the other hings it is a definite key to sucess. Personally I feel success does not come only because of you.
