You are very welcome. Yeah. My subscriber number is up and down. Even with over 15K subscribers like JohnChow.com does. It doesn’t means a lot to me. It will just give your blog some credits. I would rather have million clicks on my blog posts than have million subscribers with no visits.

Hi Terence, thank you for your kind and encouraging words! I thought that the number of subscribers in the feed, was just that, the number of subscribers, no matter whether they have been reading the posts or not… ?

You bring up an interesting fact. My RSS feed subscriber number also goes up and down daily. Based on what I understood about FeedBurner. The regular RSS Feed number will change accordingly based on how many your subscriber read your post in RSS FEED readers. If the subscriber did not read your post over three days, the number drop. The number will not drop only if they subscribe to your FEED with email.

I think many of my subscriber are just an automate program, which steal my post content and post on their on BFA (Built for AdSense) sites. It take time to build up the readership. Just keep some good post, people will come.

Hi Terence,
I only just came across your blog, and the few post I have read so far have caught my interest to such a degree that I have added your blog to my blogrol so I can check back once in a while. This post in particular is something I have been thinking about myself over the last few days, ever since launching my new blog, because I have been watching the “traffic” I have been receiving so far (a “whopping” high of 9 visitors yesterday haha) but especially the movement I have already had on feedburner… going from 4 the first days, back to 2 and down to 1…. now back up to 6 and all of that within a week… kind of makes me wonder who they are and why they signed up to a new blog in the first place, which was still without any real content…. curious huh?

Anyways, keep on your good work!
