Does your future look blurry - Put yourself together piece by piece

After posting 2007 Yearly Review - Is my success predictable?, I am certain that my success is not far away. Two years ago, I was not sure what to do and how to achieve my travel around world dream. I was attacked by the middle age crisis. I guess age has nothing to do with it. It is matter of achieve what I have dreamed off and make my future a reality. It’s like playing the puzzle. You need to find the right pieces to put together and finish the puzzle. If you look too far, you see a blur image. They don’t connect to each others.
You need to put yourself together by looking at the closest piece near you.

Playing puzzle is like planning your future. You take one piece at a time and find the next piece. If you miss taken one piece, you put it aside and find another one. However, you do have an image of the piece that won’t fit. When it comes the time, you take that piece and plug into the right spot.
My life is just like the puzzle. I was not clear what I will be doing and what direction I will be heading to. Now, I look around and find what I can do the best and put myself together piece by piece.
Many people I know were still thinking how to put themselves together. They were looking too far away. They try to find a piece of puzzle with not color or pattern on it. So they don’t know where that piece should be rest. My suggestion to them is to look closely. The answer is just right next to them.
Do you play puzzle? Have you put yourself together yet?

I hope that you have read my response to your very kind and prompt response to my comment on your post yesterday.
The Buddha said “events happen, deeds are done, but there never has been an individual doer of any deed.”
There is no need to look closer also. Just let life flow. It has flown so well so far for all of us.

@Steve:
You should! It’s better to get lost. You need to be clear what you are doing and don’t waste your valuable time. Life is too short!

@Dining Tables:
I read every single comment on my blog. Although, I have to remove a lot of spam comments, I am very much enjoying what people said.
I agree with “Just let life flow”. However, I think it is not aggressive enough. Many people just let life flow without even thinking where their life will flow to. You are your own life’s captain. You control you life. Without knowing where you are heading to, you will flow to a wrong place.

‘Just let life flow’ does not always work i feel, and sometimes just one missing piece in life’s puzzle can drive me nuts until i find just that little missing piece and then i can rest easy, with the feeling that i have done all that was in my power to do. Then there are certain things beyond my control that I can do nothing about, which I don’t fret about.

@Recliner:
Same here. I always found some missing puzzles to complete the whole thing. That’s life. There is no perfect puzzle game in our life. However, with help from others or inspiration from others, we can fulfill and plug the hole and make it perfect.
