Are you dreaming to be rich, to be healthy or dream to be anyone, who you want to be?
I know many people like me want to make money online seriously. Many people have failed. We all have dream to be a successful person in our life.
Are you acting fast enough to be ahead of your dream?
Are you a dreamer? Do you have a solid plan to make your dream come true? Your success will take time to accomplish. Look at John Chow! It took him almost a year to make serious money off his blog. He is making over US$20K a month now. Is he smart? Yes. Is he slow? No! He acts fast. He has been one of the icons who can Brand the great to the greatest. He acts so fast that you always found new tips and trick from him.
A friendly blogger of mime recently post the Make Money Online – Don’t Forget Your Existing Skills on his More Than Scratch The Surface blog. One of the sign that you are not acting faster than your dream is not to use your existing skills.
Bryan at Bryan’s Journey has been moving so fast than I expect, who post Making Money Online Is As Simple As This. He is telling people how easy you can make money online. He has done great job sold his OneMansGoal.com domain to the new owner.
Mark at mytropicalescape.com quits his job and become the true entrepreneur on his own. He acts quick and got few guest posts on ProBlogger.net already. From Zero to Entrepreneur in Five Easy Steps – Today Is That Day shows you how he did it.
Those are just few of the people I know acting quicker than their dream. They will achieve what they have been dreaming. What are those have in common?
- They know what they want.
- They have plan about how to achieve.
- They talk about it.
- They act fast.
- They keep moving forward.
They are really someone, who I want to learn from as I am trying to achieve my goal and chase my dream. They are on my watch list. I got motivation from them as well.
Do you have dream? Do you move faster than your dream? If you are moving faster than your dream and are not listed here, Please share your dream with me and tell me how you do it.
Now. I have to run e a gain. I am a little bit late behind my dream.

I hope I’m acting fast enough. Sometimes it feels like I’ve just been spinning my wheels for a while, so I’m making a concerted effort to get it into gear this month– or at least give it a real good effort.
Terence – I am honored to be mentioned in that well written, well thought out post!
Truly, I have no doubt that you will achieve your DREAMS!
I turn 40 this year and I want to be done working by the time I am 45 (so I can start a humanitarian organization) so I have a lot of work to do.
I think a lot of people make the mistake of giving up too soon. Not just with blogs but with everything. If something doesn’t take off immediately, instead of continuing to look for the right approach, people figure it wasn’t meant to be and just give up. I think perseverence is very important.
Terence,
I don’t think that you are a bit late behind your dream. It’s good to set your dreams or goals. However, they must be realistic enough or attainable.
Most of your posts are motivating and you are full of drive. You are quick to analyze what went wrong and take the required steps to rectify. You will succeed in whatever you pursue.
My dream is to build a steady online business someday but I don’t even know what to market yet! That’s really bad. My husband would say he would feed me; stop dreaming!
@Chris:
Moving not fast enough is still better than not moving. We all need to take break once a while to re-think our direction and make sure we don’t make the mistake twice. When we move, we need to move forward with big step. Taking a short break sometimes allows me to jump right ahead my plan. So I can make bigger progress than I was planned. I would love to hear from you about your dream and goals.
@Mark:
Thanks! I guess we are at the same age. I want to be able to travel around the world without worry about my travel expense. Like Marie said above, we need to be patient. What is good about being a blogger and being a friend with many of you are to get motivation you and learn from you. So keep it up. I am watching you!
@Marie:
You are right, many give up too early. I am glad that Deck the blogs contest is getting so much attention. I should learn from you how to get the free lucky prize.
You all have a great weekend!
I agree with you about acting fast about our dreams. John Chow is one good example. I’m still way behind what I wanted though
Thanks for this post with so many resources in it.
@Jenny:
You are very welcome. The reality is that no one can be a head of their dream. Dream is dream. However, without chasing the dream, there won’t be motivation at all. Now, I would love to see how John Chow continue dreaming, keep up with it and go beyond that.
You have done great to show me your motivation as well. I rely on you about eBay stuff. So keep it up!
@Jesie:
It is true. I was a little behind my dream. I explained in the new post One tree at a time – Move on to the next journey.
I thought the same way as you do about what to start. Remember what Stephen said in his post Make Money Online – Dont Forget your Existing Skills. The easy thing is to start with what you really capable of. Take myself for example; I know how to deal with shopping cart and programming. So I start my own shopping cart. While I was dealing with the manufactures and drop shipping company, I have learned a lot of their business. Thus I am learning new skills. Now I am also moving on to learn real Internet Marketing skills to help my business grow.
Everyone have their own skills. So find what you are good at and add creative on it. In case you have not read the book Good To Great, that I mentioned in the previous post Brand the great to the greatest. You should read it. It shows you how to rate your leadership and understand how to identify your biggest fear. Knowing who you are and what you can do the best will help you moving forward.
Good luck on your online business. Feel free to discuss your obstacles.
Your question is : “Are you dreaming to be rich, to be healthy or dream to be anyone, who you want to be?” My answer would be ‘I want to be happy, and that would include the happiness of my near and dear ones’. Good health is included in that happiness, if being rich is included in that happiness well and good, otherwise I won’t waste time being wistful. As for wanting to be someone else, that is simply impossible, i love who i am and what i am!
@Recliner:
I am just wondering if you are the owner of the furniture web site. You seem to attach the same URL over and over again. What about your home page? Don’t you have a blog?
My suggestion to you to act faster to boost your furniture web site page ranking and traffic is to create a blog under your domain. In that way, you can get a better conversion rate.
This is off topic though!
I can only second Mr. Chang’s suggestion. We recently added a blog to our furniture website, and so far it worked out very well in search rankings. Well, at least for german search rankings
@Jenniffer Hugh:
Thank you for visiting. I am glad that it works out for you!
