I decided to take a 3week vacation to my parents house in Florida. I have been here since the week before thanksgiving.

Today it’s suppose to be 81 I have my laptop with me and I set up a wifi connection around the house. To read a few blogs and leave some comments before I get in the pool.

Its a good thing to forget about everything at the weekend and just spend time with loved ones. Whenever we can my wife, daughter and I try and go for a walk somewhere or just go to the beach (a quiet one) or something and just enjoy each others company.

This weekend? Or most? This weekend–hubby and youngest son are sick, and have been since Thanksgiving. Taking them in for strep tests in the morning. So…I spent the weekend doing laundry nonstop (germs) and scrubbing down the stuff they touch! And typing (I do data entry from home) in between.

Sadly, no Christmas tree until next weekend, which is a first for us. Not gonna lie, if John doesn’t get back to work soon I think I’m going to run (and I don’t run) west and I’ll meet you guys at that lake. Show off! xo
