Yesterday, I mentioned how I use Skype to save my own business cost and new supplier’s operation cost and also make deal easy at first meeting online. I think it is worth a lot to also mention other ways to save your business operation cost.

Few days ago, I post a topic about “Do you communicate with your viewers? Plugoo vs AIM WIMZI” and how I communicate with my viewers. Now I need to take AIM on to my blog stage again.

I did a comparison on “AIMPhoneline vs Yahoo Voice vs Skype” a while back. I have been using AIM Phone Line to operate multiple online stores for sometimes. It allows me to save cost on receiving calls from my viewers and customers. The AIM Phone line services give you a free local phone number in the USA. It also gives you unlimited access to the voice mail. So your viewer or customer can leave message to your voice mail box.

I use this phone service on my newly launched Fashion Jewelry Online Store - ProFashion Jewelry, which is wonderful way to get in touch with my potential customers. I also use the AIM WIMZI to receive real-time instant message from the visitors of my site.

The cool think about using AIM WIMZI is the multiple instance support. It allows you to install the AIM WIMZI Widget on many pages. I installed the widget on all my blogs and online store sites. AIM automatically groups them into my AIM buddy list. When user visits the pages, it notifies me a new visitor is online. I can be more proactive to just pop the message window and ask them if they need help.

AIM has helped my save a lot of money and lower the business operation cost. If you have online business, you should consider using AIM to save you some phone bills.

You should also check out my post about “10 Google programs to operate your small business for FREE,” which will save you a lot on your home based business.

How do you save your business operation with new technology? I would love to hear from you!
