@Gov:
Thank you! I am actually stunned that I got 9 and 12 RSS subscribers on two different blog in one day. My blog is just launched in less than 18 hours. Fashion Jewelry is my new business. The store web site is just up less than 24 hours. I have spent sometimes promote the business offline. It’s actually doing great. I got a huge attention as well, especially manufacture. I did not expect that.
Well. I have one big step away from being a billionaire. However, I move up one step closer every time I move forward.
Here is what I would say since I started selling woman related sexy stuff a while back. It just sells. It’s not about what you sell. It’s about how you sell it.

Hi Terence,
I noticed on your jewelry site that you ship worldwide. Have you considered doing a write-up on shipping outside the U.S.? I only ship within the U.S. (or to U.S. territories, military bases, etc.) It’s the export forms and regulations that have always prevented me from sending products elsewhere. Even Canada is daunting… Parts of my products are made outside the U.S. (China, South America) while other parts are made within the U.S. I’ve never figured out how to fill out the NAFTA forms for that, nor have I ever found a resource with useful information. It seems the resources I find are always geared toward big companies.

@DCR:
That’s a good point. As far as I know that all regulations are ridiculously nonsense. In most of the cases, the tax or duty fee are the problems to customer. They have to pay the duty fee when they receive the orders out side of USA.
If your items are not over $500 values and are not related to valuable material(Gold, Platinum, Diamond or cash), you should have zero problem to ship to any country. Check with your local USPS, they can give you pretty clear answer on what you can ship out of the country.
I ship many order through UPS to Canada without any problem. I simply fill out whatever form I need to and marked $100-$400 value.
When is you store going live? I might need some cool stuff from you!

Thanks. I’ll have to inquire next time I’m at the USPS.
Don’t know yet when the new store will be going live. But, if you need anything in the meantime, you can always eMail me and let me know.

@dcr:
That sounds a good offer to me. By the way, have I told you that you are permanently stuck on my link page?
You have a great blog. Thanks!

Hi Terence,
No, you didn’t tell me, but thank you!
How do you anticipate the falling dollar will affect your jewelry sales?
November 8th, 2007 at 1:50 pm
@dcr:
The dollar falling does hurt. I can only buy less products from China with the same amount of US dollars. It also means the cost of the products are higher. If I don’t increase the price, I make less profit. I don’t think customer will like to pay more to get the same thing.
However, I think this situation may change after 2008 Olympic game.
