You have a great question. Here are my answers.
1. I have not had time to setup wordpress under my domain.
2. I can get blog running on blogger.com fairly quick, so I can get the blog indexed by search engine faster.
3. This fashion blog will be an entry point to my real blog later on.
4. Spent a lot of time sending out my private invitation and discount coupon to friends and customers on my other sites.
5. Fulfill all orders.
For long term goal, I will definitely need a blog under my own domain, which does make the site more professional.
At this point, time is critical. It’s holiday. Can I get all my inventory sold out before X’mas?

By the way, put up online store, blog and advertisement are all too easy. The hardest part for me is to penetrate the unique niche and target the right group of people. You don’t even need to have a blog to promote your site.
