Are you enjoying being a millionaire? Money is not everything.

Just few hours ago, I received an email from Bryan, the OneMansGoal.com young entrepreneur, who asked me if I changed the direction of my personal blog to motivation type of blog. This is an interesting question. I changed my blog title on July 20th, 2007 right before I post “Terence Chang – Almost a Billionaire.” I got many emails asking me why I changed it from Blah Blah Blog.

The short answer is “Bryan inspired me!”

Many of my viewers are from search engine like Google, Yahoo and MSN. They were search some technical related posts and found the answers on my blog. Ever since I re-start my almost forgotten blog, I have found ways to increase my Alexa traffic ranking, to communicate with other bloggers, and to social with many others success entrepreneurs. Suddenly fresh air just blow to my face. I realized how many people are trying to make money online by blogging.

I have been doing Internet based e-commerce business for years, I have not paid too much attention on making money online with blog. Now it’s the whole new world to me. However, I can see many of the blogger failed at the end. For me, making money online with blog is tough money. I post my reasons at “Why make money online with blog is not right for me?”

Personally, I want to make more money and set my goal higher. I don’t believe that I can ever make billion dollars with blogging. You can make very good money with it, but you have to sacrifice a lot of your family time. It is worth to try, but it’s not a long term money making solution. You need to make your money work for you.

I want to be a billionaire. Yeah! It’s over exaggerated! Is it? So what? Without the dream, human will never be able to land on the moon. Without setting a higher goal, you will never stand out from many people like you. The question is not “Can or Can’t“. It’s the question of “How to“. If you read “10 “I don’t” self-misconceptions make you a no millionaire,” you should know what I mean. If you have never dreamed about being a billionaire, you will never catch me. If you dreamed about being a billionaire, but you have never get started. You will not catch me either. You are way behind me. Do you look like a millionaire? Train yourself first!

Personally, Money is just one of the indications of my happiness, but it’s not the only thing. My enjoyment of happiness is primary from the process being success, but not from how much money I can make. Even I reach billion dollar mark, I won’t be happier! What make me happier is that I prove “I did it” In the next few years, I hope I can set the records and give many of my friends or viewers the example of “You can do it!”

After all, I am only one step away from being a billionaire!
