@Bryan: I dug your post. You can do yourself a favor by digg it from the “digg story” in my post.
@OneYearGoal.com: Hmmm… I was so confused by you and Bryan? Are you Bryan’s man “amansman”
@Janet: Remember I asked you if you will eventually publish your eBook? I think you should do so ASAP, without your own domain is just like without your own brand name or trademark. No publish company will want to publish your stuff with FREE URL in it.

You can also use your own domain to submit to blog and rss directories which will increase the number of links to your site, helping your overall SEO efforts.

Agree totally, Terence! A blog with it’s own domain and hosted on it’s own adds so much credibility, and tells the visitors that the blogger is serious about what he’s doing.
Plus, lately you can host more than 10 domain names (some web hosts offer unlimited) on your web host, so all you got to pay extra is $6.95 per month (for the domain name), which you can easily cover in AdSense or writing even one review per month!

@Zakman:
Yes. Now the web hosting is so cheap. With a little effort joining the affiliate program or reseller program, you can easily recover your hosting cost.
Best of all, if your domain has hight PR or hight traffic, you might be able to sell your domain for fortune!
Thank you for stopping by!

Thank you for stopping by. I really like your blog. Very well done. With your own domain, it make your blog a complete entity!
