Windows Live Writer takes me to Korea – Can you read it?

I felt a little bid funny. I was checking out my current Technorati authority. It says number 52, which is not very impressive. However, I looked all the pages that linked to my blog. I found one interesting link. Someone from Korea (or written in Korean) have post a Windows Live Writer related topic and linked to my Windows Live Writer troubleshooting – Publish Chinese characters to WordPress with question mark post. I guess Windows Live Writer is just not impressive enough to this blogger. ;-)

Does anyone here read Korean?

I am curious if any one can translate this page for me. I tried Google Translator, but it doesn’t translate very well. I still could not understand what the post said. Here is the post. Unimpressive Stuff – Windows Live Writer.

And here is the screenshot.

Hi im not the author of the article, but I can translate it for you .. in a nut shell

    Translation:

The author does like products for MS, but this tool which helps to write blogs. But he is impressed by this product. With this product, he could write anything when he is offline, and sync them when you connect to the Net. The author struggles with encoding but with help of Google, he found your blog. He could write them in Korean.

Here is my quick translation. I guess he’s just moved to the State.

I really appreciate your translation. WOW. I thought the blog title is for something “Unimpressive Stuff.”

I am glad that he/she resolved the encoding issue. I have the same problem, but I finally found the solutions.

    Great thanks!

hey I’m the blogger who linked your blog. Sorry if my blog title was confusing to you. The title happened to be “unimpressive stuff” (changed now) not that windows live writer is bad. In fact I like it a lot and your posting helped me to resolve the encoding issue. Thanks for the tip!
