During my dot-com time some companies I was working with started contests but never gave out the prizes. I never trust those prize things. The funny thing is they all did it legally by hiding in there rules that they can cancel the contest at anytime. Good job and I will have to decline on winning.

to be honost, i just won a contest myself (this wasnt an online “let everyone know via popups an annoying spam in their email!” contest, it was through a forums i belong to) and got an ipod touch in the mail 2 days ago
(my prize) alot of people were surprised i won (not only that, but i blog about it now 
, best thing to do? go for contest that is in a small community such as a forums, not these retarded “YOUR THE 100th VIEWER!” crap.
