I called them over 10 times randomly and only get answered 4 times. I got hold for over 5 minutes 3 times. So I have to paid the long distance. 3. I tried to chat online, while the icon indicates the tech support is online. I got hold for about 5 minutes before someone get on. 4. For the same price hosting plan $6.99, they only allow one domain. 5. I don't have access to PHP.INI file.I got better answers from ANHosting.com.
