I agree that many small business owners have NO CLUE when it comes to e-commerce and merchant accounts, which is a shame, cause there’s a lot of con artists and transparency in the marketplace. Here’s a nice guide for those interested in learning the basics:

Hostingzoom.com used to be very good until they moved and claim they have the fail-over hosting. Their server are slow. You can find many complaints about them on the Internet. If you are resell their services, you may end up losing your business.

Good tips and great article, but i was surprised to know that you had a terrible experience with hostingzoom.com hmmm i thought their pretty good at what their doing, But then again are you referring to their shared package or reseller packages..?
